Empty Space - Dubplate Service Tape Inlay
2026 | ES-026 | Printed Matter
In spring 2026, Empty Space produced a series of small printed inlays to accompany cassette releases and mail orders. The front features a minimalist, abstract representation of vinyl records, while the reverse introduces our in-house dubplate cutting service.
As tapes and parcels travel beyond our immediate circle, the cards extend the platform’s network through the very objects it releases. Included with our cassettes and packages, they invite listeners, friends, and fellow artists to have their own music cut onto dubplate at Empty Space—turning each shipment into a small point of contact between publishing, circulation, and record-making.
The inlays were designed by HARZ and printed by our friends at Herzog Druck.
